This has been silent for a while, and seems like it's more fitting for a help Discussion that a bug report, so I'll move it there. Meanwhile, a couple of questions here: Can you share the exact HTTP request you're making, including headers? You can remove sensitive tokens but keep the structure. Since this was reported against 4.0.1, have you tried reproducing this with a more recent version? Several authentication-related fixes have been made since then.
