Fully support this feature request. Manually updating datasets across multiple charts in a dashboard is time-consuming and prone to mistakes. A bulk dataset replacement option would save a lot of effort, especially when moving dashboards between dev, staging, and prod environments. The idea of using environment variables to switch datasets automatically is also great, it would make Superset much more CI/CD-friendly and easier to manage in larger projects. Hope this gets prioritized. It would be a huge improvement!
