Hi @dosu, I still encountered the same issue. I am using Google GKE Ingress
with the following config:

ingress:
enabled: true
annotations:
kubernetes.io/ingress.allow-http: "false"
cert-manager.io/cluster-issuer: "letsencrypt-prod"
nginx.ingress.kubernetes.io/use-forwarded-headers: "true"
tls:
- secretName: ${RELEASE_NAME}-cert-tls
hosts:
- ${HOSTNAME}
path: /*
pathType: ImplementationSpecific
hosts:
- ${HOSTNAME}
```
