The "Render columns in HTML format" checkbox is defined in the Pivot Table's control panel config, but if it's missing in the UI, it's likely due to a rendering or UI state issue, not a config problem. This feature works as expected in the Table chart, but not in the Pivot Table, and there are multiple reports confirming this limitation or bug in recent versions ([source](https://github.com/apache/superset/issues/33449), [source](https://github.com/apache/superset/discussions/33220)).
