   I have the same problem to import a dashboard with Superset 5.0.0.
   
   When I import the zip file, I reveived this message:

   The browser ("F12 > Network > Response") indicates this:

   If I delete all the lines with "theme_id" and "folder", the import stops 
with this messsage:
