There seem to be two conflicting permission rules, which should perhaps be discussed by the community. My suggestion is to refer to the data permission management principles of large Chinese Internet companies (Ant Group) and follow the principle of least privilege, that is, to follow the latter in the issue description as a benchmark. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
