The fix—pinning Marshmallow to `<4`—was merged into the 4.1 branch and included in the 4.1.3 release, but it hasn't been merged into master or latest-dev yet, so the error persists there. To avoid this, manually install Marshmallow 3.26.1 with: ```bash pip install marshmallow==3.26.1 ``` This workaround is confirmed by maintainers and users as the best way to resolve the issue until a future patch or release updates the dependency pinning in master and 5.x branches.
