This issue happens because the CSS for the pivot table only sets a bottom
border for the last row, not for intermediate grouped subtotal rows. To fix
this, update the pivot table's CSS (in `Styles.js`) to add a bottom border to
subtotal/grouped rows. For example, you can add:
```css
table.pvtTable tbody tr th.pvtSubtotalLabel,
table.pvtTable tbody tr td.pvtRowTotal {
border-bottom: 1px solid ${theme.colors.grayscale.light2};
}
```
Also, consider switching `border-collapse: separate` to `border-collapse:
collapse` on `.pvtTable` and using uniform border rules for all table cells to
avoid similar issues and visual gaps, especially with sticky headers. These
changes should resolve the missing bottom border for grouped rows in pivot
