We also observe the behaviour described before. In 4.1.1, the login screen popped up (for Public role!) when switching tabs with charts in them (with all necessary public permissions given). In 4.1.2 the phenomenon kicks in when following an html link from one dashboard to another dashboard (with all necessary public permissions given). Browser back button and a second try on that link (tab) always shows the requested contents.
