GitHub user inesh25 added a comment to the discussion: Superset 5.0.0 Upgrade —
Invalid Decryption Key Error After psycopg2 Fix

@dosu What does superset re-encrypt-secrets actually do?
Here i have only one SECRET KEY that is being used from 4.1.2 version and did
not change/rotate the key.
1)In this scenario how can i use superset re-encrypt-secrets?
2)Does this re-encryption cause any data loss or data corruption?
Help me with the steps required to resolve this decryption error
