Today, when you click drill-by on a bar chart, the chart changes dimension to the new selected dimension, but data is not filtered in relation to the bar, you clicked. User story: I have a bar chart showing 10 bars, one for each country. I click on bar for 'Germany' and choose drill-by city. I expect to see a bar chart of German cities, but instead I get a bar chart of all cities in the data set (cities from all 10 countries). It would be more intuitive to have the data set filtered respectively to the bar, that you clicked. In fact, the pie chart works exactly this way.
