i am on master branch. i have take git pull so code is updated

this is the image that i am using

 now when i run docker-compose-image-tag.yml

it give me this error

when i run this

SELECT version_num FROM alembic_version; i got f5b5f88d8526 and form env
its confirmed that .env is pointed to the correct database DATABASE_DB=db_new
