I'd like to start small by converting one or two files from the **`src/dashboard/util/`** directory to understand the patterns and get familiar with the conversion process. Could you please: 1. Confirm if this directory is a good starting point? 2. Suggest which specific file(s) would be best to start with? 3. Point me to any existing TypeScript migration PRs I should reference? Once I complete the first file successfully, I'd be happy to continue with more files in this directory.
