@sharmavikas18 I see you closed the PR, did you still want to tackle this? We'd welcome a fix... but the real issue is to (like the bot said) cast the date column. If this is an issue with Oracle not working with date columns _in general_, it might be plausible to make a systemic fix in the db engine spec.
