Ack I set this in my config:
```
"ALERT_REPORTS_TABS": True,
"ALERT_REPORTS_FILTER": True,
```
With my other feature flags that are getting picked up, for instance
`"ALERT_REPORTS": True` lets me make Alerts & Reports. But then when I go to
make a report I still don't see the option to filter:

I'm running 6.0.0, are these features present in that release? I wonder what
I'm doing wrong.
