Closing this issue as it appears to be a database connection/credential issue rather than a Superset API bug. The error shown in the screenshot looks like it's coming from SQLAlchemy/Trino, not from the Superset authentication layer. Additionally, this was reported on Superset 3.1.2 - versions 4.x and prior are no longer supported.
