A dashboard owner at my organization wants to offer a time grain filter to her users. But she doesn't want them to be able to select "hour" or "15 minutes" as the time grain because of what the data might look like and the query runtime. I know the Superset instance admin can limit time grains at the instance level. But it would be a nice little feature if a dashboard owner could do checkboxes or a dropdown in the time grain filter UI to pick which ones are offered for that filter (with the default being all).
