Review Comment:
   To clarify: the raw exception text concern has been addressed — 
`get_saved_query_info` now returns `"Failed to get saved query info"` (a 
generic message) in the error response; the full `str(e)` details are logged 
server-side via `ctx.error()` only. See commit `2c742bb4fa`.
   
   The design asymmetry itself (list tools re-raise, get-info tools return 
typed error structs) remains intentional, as explained above — it mirrors every 
other domain in the codebase.
