   Example:
   fix(dashboard): load charts correctly
   -->

   ### SUMMARY
   One of my small annoyances when debugging broken reports on behalf of
account managers, etc. at work is that every time I have to do it, I need to
first open the report, check the name of the content, open the relevant
Dashboard or Charts menu, and then manually search for the name of the chart of
dashboard.

   This adds a small button which links the content selected in the dropdown
menu and opens it in a new tab, bypassing most of those steps. It would be a
small but meaningful win to have this enabled

   ### BEFORE/AFTER SCREENSHOTS OR ANIMATED GIF

   This shows the new button in action in both of the modals.
