**Proposed Layout for Cross Filters in Horizontal Filter bar (Organized in a

## Description

Currently, cross-filters are treated as individual, top-level inline chips.
This crowds the horizontal space, pushing critical primary dashboard filters
(like Time Range and Product Line) completely out of view into the "More
filters" overflow menu.

**Proposed Design**
we separate explicit global filters from chart-driven cross-filters:

Preserved Global Filters: Core controls (e.g., Country, Order Quantity) stay
visible on the left for easy access.

Unified Cross-Filter Dropdown: Cross-filters are consolidated into a single
dropdown button on the right with a dynamic badge counter (e.g., Cross filters
| 4).

Clear Context: Opening the dropdown reveals chips cleanly grouped by their
source chart, keeping the layout organized.
