   Bump @superset-ui/embedded-sdk version from 0.3.0 to 0.3.1.
   
   The current master branch contains changes that are not available in the 
latest published npm package because the package version was not incremented. 
This change enables publishing a new SDK release that includes the current 
master branch updates.

   Verify that superset-embedded-sdk/package.json version is updated from 0.3.0 
to 0.3.1.
   Confirm that no source code changes are included.
