I apologize for resurrecting this post, but it relates to my problem. I
configured the D3_FORMAT = {....} parameters in the configuration file exactly
as proposed, but it seems is not applied to all numbers. Some numbers continue
use "." to separate the decimal points, even though I specified a comma. I'm
using version 6.10, installed in python venv (no docker). Is there something
else I need to do? Thanks
