Converting this to draft, while it awaits an update. As noted, deleting this block regresses Hive's `supports_dynamic_schema=True` with no replacement. Can you rework it so a schema isn't mistaken for a database change without dropping dynamic-schema support, and get lint-check/pre-commit green?
