Consolidating the non-additive totals issues onto #25747 (oldest + most active thread, and it's what #34592 targets). Carried your framing over: the `SUM(num)/NULLIF(SUM(den),0)` ratio case and the note that there's no `ENABLE_BACKEND_PIVOT_TOTALS` flag.
