There's clear demand for paginated PDFs here, but pulling in WeasyPrint as a new core dependency is a big call that needs broader buy-in, and CI is fully red right now. Can you get pre-commit and the test suites green, and maybe raise the dependency question on the dev@ list first for lazy consensus?
