Thanks for the report! The traceback shows this is running on Python 3.6 (`/usr/lib/python3.6/site-packages/`), which is below the minimum supported version (Superset requires Python 3.10+). The `pkg_resources` failure is a consequence of that unsupported environment rather than a Superset bug.
