Thanks @Duly330AI, but I think there's a mismatch here — #31158 is about charts getting cut off in exported PDF/PNG, not the filename encoding. This also drops a stray `CHANGELOG_31158.md` and a Cypress spec we're trying to move away from. Mind reworking against the actual issue, or should we close this out?
