@innovark37 `_get_chart_data_request_payload` raising `ReportScheduleExecuteUnexpectedError` on a missing query context breaks the existing "no query context falls back to a screenshot" path `test_email_chart_report_schedule_with_csv_no_query_context` is red on mysql/postgres/sqlite.
