@nitishagar the fix is on target, but two things before this can land: it
conflicts with master so it needs a rebase, and @betodealmeida's
`DATE_FORMAT('%Y-%m-%d %H:00:00')` suggestion is still open — his point that
`SECOND` and `MINUTE` have the same truncation bug seems right. Want to fold
those grains in with the `DATE_FORMAT` approach? Happy to help here if needed.
