Review Comment:
Good catch — fixed in c76ff7dd9b. `_filter_summary` now wraps the
user-controlled filter `name` and target column names with
`sanitize_for_llm_context` before they go into the response, mirroring the
existing `get_dashboard_info` read path
(`_sanitize_dashboard_info_for_llm_context`). Added a regression test
(`test_filter_summary_sanitizes_user_controlled_fields`). I sanitize at the
response-build step rather than on the shared `NativeFilterSummary` schema,
since `get_dashboard_info` already sanitizes there and a schema-level validator
would double-wrap.

Review Comment:
Fixed in c76ff7dd9b — `_build_native_filters_payload` now rejects duplicate
IDs in `update` with a clear error before building `modified`, matching the
existing duplicate check on `reorder`. Added
`test_update_duplicate_filter_ids_rejected`.

Review Comment:
Intentionally left as-is for v1. Every optional field in
`NativeFilterUpdateSpec` uses `None` = "not provided / leave unchanged" (name,
description, scope, dataset_id, column, the select control values, and
default_time_range alike). Special-casing `default_time_range` via
`model_fields_set` to allow explicit-null-to-clear would make its semantics
inconsistent with every other field; a "clear field" capability is better
designed uniformly across all clearable fields than added for one. To reset a
time default in the meantime, remove and re-add the filter. Can revisit as a
follow-up if explicit clearing is desired.
