I deal with this constantly. We export data, send it to the client, and within 5 seconds the question comes back: "but what period is this from? Which city? Which state?" Every single time. What if instead of a separate tab, the first row of the Excel file carried the export metadata? Something like "Exported on 07/07/2026 | Filters: Period Jan-Jun 2026, City São Paulo, State SP". Simple and visible — no one has to go looking for another tab. +1 for the idea, regardless of the approach.
