I continued this work in #42074 since it seemed to be abandoned. I started from the same commits by @gabotorresruiz and addressed the remaining feedback by e.g. allowing channels to be cached even if Celery Workers aren't used and piping `CACHE_WARMUP_TIME_LIMIT` through as a configurable value instead of a hardcoded constant in an additional commit. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
