LGTM, this fixes the `{}` rison error from #28180. Same gap exists on
`get_delete_ids_schema` and `get_fav_star_ids_schema` (bito flagged it too)
though, any interest in a follow-up covering those while you're in here? Would
be nice to fix all of that in one shot.
