Scope update, because the catalog moved under this issue since I opened it.

Two French PRs landed in the meantime — #42470 (@greggailly) and #42572
   (@jeanpommier) — and `superset/translations/fr/LC_MESSAGES/messages.po` on
`master` now carries **no fuzzy flag at all**, down from 1,124 flagged
entries
   when I filed this.

I compared the two revisions before assuming what that meant. Of those 1,124
   previously flagged entries:

   - **644** have different text now — real fixes, including restored
placeholders
     (`%s Physical`, `%s out of %s selected`) and corrections such as
`%s ENCRYPTED EXTRA`, which read "Secure Extra" before.
   - **477** are byte-identical and simply lost the flag.
   - 3 no longer exist in the catalog.

So the "review the AI-generated backfill" half of what I proposed here is
largely
done, and redoing it would collide with work that just merged. That part I am
   dropping.

What has barely moved is the untranslated set: **88 entries still have an
empty
`msgstr`** on `master` today, against 93 on 28 July. Of the 89 translations
I had
prepared, **85 still apply** as-is, 4 were filled upstream in the meantime,
and
   none disappeared.

So I would like to narrow this to **the strings that are still
untranslated** —
pure additions, no overlap with #42470 or #42572, still a single-file change
to
the `fr` catalog as @rusackas asked. Same shape as #42137 for `pt_PT`, just a
smaller and cleaner scope than I first described.

@rusackas does that re-scope still work for you? The numbers in my original
description above are stale and I did not want to open a PR quoting them.
