The current ECharts sankey DOES visualize multiple layers, but you have to set up your data in the right way with source-target relationships. It _works_ but I fully admit it's a bit _weird_ and could use a variation that's simpler and more dimension-driven rather than requiring a bunch of UNION ALL goofiness.
