### SUMMARY
The bundled Malawi map in `legacy-plugin-chart-country-map` is missing the
**Karonga** district (`MW-KR`) and has **Chitipa** (`MW-CT`) duplicated, so
Karonga always renders blank on the Malawi Country Map regardless of the data.
`malawi.geojson` has **28 features but only 27 unique ISO codes** — `MW-CT`
appears **twice** and `MW-KR` is **absent**. Malawi has 28 districts and ISO
3166-2:MW includes `MW-KR` (Karonga), so one of the two `MW-CT` features is
mislabeled.
**Root cause** — of the two `{ "ISO": "MW-CT", "NAME_1": "Chitipa" }`
features, the **eastern** polygon is geographically **Karonga**, not Chitipa:
- **Eastern** polygon: centroid ≈ 33.98°E, −9.95°S (reaches the Lake Malawi
shore ~34.6°E) → matches **Karonga** town (33.93°E, −9.93°S).
- **Western** polygon: centroid ≈ 33.39°E, −9.82°S (NW, inland) → matches
**Chitipa** town (33.27°E, −9.70°S).
**Fix** — relabel that one polygon's properties, geometry unchanged: `{
"ISO": "MW-CT", "NAME_1": "Chitipa" }` → `{ "ISO": "MW-KR", "NAME_1": "Karonga"
}`.
A one-line label correction of existing data — no new geometry, no licensing
change. All 28 districts now have unique ISO codes and Karonga renders.

### TESTING INSTRUCTIONS
Render any chart with `viz_type: country_map` and `select_country: malawi`.
Karonga (far north, on the lakeshore) is now shaded instead of blank, and no
district is duplicated.
