One can argue that you can overwrite anything in `settings.py`, i don't see the point in exposing basic configuration in the chart YAML if I have to dabble in Python anyways :| Wheteher you agree with the statement above, the fact is `settings.py` template handles the password inconsistently and it should be fixed.
