### Bug description ### Bug Description When replacing or loading a custom SVG, the main brand logo in the top navbar unexpectedly resizes and becomes overly large. ### Steps to Reproduce 1. Configure a custom `Loading.svg` or replace default SVG assets in Superset. 2. Load/refresh any page in Superset. 3.
