This seems like a straightforward addition to me! My users and I authenticate through Azure SSO, we never noticed the "Reset my password" and "Edit user" buttons on the User -> Info page but they have no use at all for us. I don't even know what resetting passwords would do in our context. And agreed that this could be governed by a simple new config switch. Anyone is free to implement this and send a PR, I don't think it requires further discussion IMO.
