Fixed unit test failure in \ est_run_sets_default_catalog_on_dataset_creation\ by stubbing \or_\ in \_stub_run_environment\ when \SqlaTable\ is mocked in commit 9735fcb8a6a, resolving the SQLAlchemy \WhereHavingRole\ \ArgumentError\.
