Heya, checking in again :) Same ask as back in August, this needs to be rebased directly off master instead of through fix/localize-alert-report-toasts, which is dragging in unrelated toast-localization changes. Also still open: the renamed toast strings break the existing JA/PT translation catalogs (falling back to English), and the "zero `any` types" claim in PROJECT.md isn't quite accurate. `bootstrapTypes.ts` still has one.
