CI budget follow-up in `9f8983f`: inspected both attempts of run 34512219179. The main suite passed in 1,580.07s and 1,611.40s; setup/coverage finalization left too little of the 30-minute job budget for the independent SQL and semantic-layer 100% gates. Current master still has 30 minutes. This uses the identical 40-minute budget/comment already shared by #43770 and #43771 (those PRs are open, not landed); the landed Gauge follow-up contains no timeout change. A parsed-workflow comparison confirms every test, coverage threshold, and upload step is unchanged.\n\nAlso reused the compiled chart union adapter in the new tests while retaining fresh model instances, with three isolation regression cases. Coverage-instrumented focused runs: 167 tests in 58.22s before, 170 in 57.36s after—only a small improvement, not enough to solve the shared job budget. Pre-commit including MyPy/Ruff/workflow audit passed; explicit Pylint scored 10/10. Fresh exact-head CI is running.
