## CI ownership audit — 2026-09-15 18:29 UTC Head: `0432db3c00cc123ce795b7dd7f797d7808deef94`. **Not green:** 73 SUCCESS, 15 FAILURE, 13 SKIPPED (not applicable), 2 NEUTRAL informational Netlify reports. Inspected every failed job log: 12 startup/build jobs fail on the shared Alembic multiple-head error; 3 required aggregation gates reflect those failures.
