Closing this — it was exploratory rather than a merge candidate, and the Ribbon SOW has since become the basis for that work, so this PR is no longer the baseline for anything. Practically it is also 336 commits behind master with 14 conflicted files, and resolving that would buy a proof-of-concept nobody is waiting on. Better to keep the review queue reflecting work that is actually headed for merge. Nothing is lost: the branch and its history stay on my fork, so if per-dataset presentation time zones come back as real scope this is here to start from — though at that point the design is likely worth revisiting rather than resurrecting. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
