@villebro Thanks for the review! 1. Added the PR reference and attribution to the changelog entry in 974f264. 2. I'd like to keep mysql:8.4 for now. 8.4 is the MySQL LTS line, so the floating minor tag keeps picking up patch and security releases without an operator change, and it matches the existing postgres:17-alpine default, which also floats. For the seed task, users who need a fully reproducible image can already pin an exact tag or digest through lifecycle.seed.image. The createDatabase init container has no image override, so it follows the operator default either way. If we want exact patch pins there, I think it is better done for both defaults together with a Renovate rule so they do not go stale, and I can follow up with that if you'd like.
