   Taking this one — I can see the gap: `_apply_rollup_totals` in 
`superset/charts/client_processing.py` is only invoked under `if percent_mode 
and rollup_levels`, so in Actual Values mode the report/export path still 
re-reduces already-aggregated cells (mean-of-means for Average, 
nunique-of-counts for Count Unique, ...). I have a local repro: with leaves 
10/20 and a DB column rollup of 18, the exported column Total reads 15.0 (mean 
of leaves) instead of 18.
   
   Planning the minimal fix: apply `_apply_rollup_totals` in Actual Values mode 
too whenever rollup levels are present, keeping the current pandas reduction as 
the fallback when no rollup data exists. PR against `master` to follow.
