Went better than I expect; kudos to Andrew and [`ts5to6` migration tool](https://github.com/andrewbranch/ts5to6). There are few kinks I had to fixed manually, AI-assisted actually, such as CSS side-effect import and disable strict mode temporarily. Aside from that, pretty good. Once https://github.com/apache/superset/pull/44201 gets merged, TS7 migration will commence. I did a round of sanity testing, especially on plugins with CSS module import fix like `deck-gl` and `cluster-point-map`.
