### SUMMARY Backport of #41104 and #41111 to 6.2. On 6.2, bar/line/area/scatter charts without dimensions can only be cross-filtered by clicking the bar or point itself, and on horizontal bar charts that click filters by the metric value instead of the category. This brings both fixes over: horizontal bars filter by their category, and clicking an x-axis label (the y-axis labels on horizontal bars) now emits the cross-filter too. #41104 is included because #41111 builds on it.
