@fitzee thanks for the live runs. I added your :45-offset edge case to the `_date_bin` docstring in ca17788: the UTC-epoch origin aligns sub-hour buckets to UTC while `DATE_TRUNC` aligns to local time, with the Kathmandu PT30M/PT1H example, and a note that DataFusion only accepts a literal origin.
