Heya @hainenber, appreciate you sticking with this one through so many rounds. Couple of things before it's mergeable though: sadpandajoe's `oxlint-metrics-uploader.js` thread is still open, and it sounds like a legit bug (rule-ID prefix scoping vs the denylist approach), not just a nit, so I'd want that landed first.
